When you use the services provided by Bo Bo Services Company ("the Company"), please read the following terms of use ("Terms") carefully. 1.2 The company may add new services or reduce certain services as necessary for business development.

2.1 In using the service, you are responsible for paying any fees charged by your telecommunications service provider or internet service provider (if applicable).

2.2 Some parts of the service may require you to pay FooterSubscription fees or other charges (collectively referred to as "usage fees"). By using those parts, you agree to pay the usage fees. If you fail to pay the usage fees, the company may immediately suspend your access to those parts. The company reserves the right to adjust or modify the usage fees or introduce new charges at any time.

3.10 The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from force majeure circumstances, such as fires, floods, heavy rains, typhoons, lightning, earthquakes, riots, civil unrest, wars, or other uncontrollable accidents, or the enactment or amendment of laws or regulations, restrictions by the government or relevant authorities, or the Company's inability to fulfill its obligations or provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to transmission delays or errors in information content).

3.11 The services may include content posted by third parties, including users of the services, advertising clients, co-branded merchants, partners, or other third parties. Such content is not approved by the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any losses caused by content posted by third parties. Unless otherwise specified, all content in the services does not reflect any opinions of the Company.

8.3 The Company shall not be liable for any legal responsibility arising from the termination, suspension, or restriction of your use of this service or any part thereof (for any reason), and you have no right to make any claims or demands against the Company, or request a refund of any service fees you have paid (if applicable).

9.1 These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and this service.
